LeBlanc Arena<\/li>\n<li>Posted on Social Media<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Winner will be paid by cheque within a week of draw date.<\/li>\n<li>The winner will be able to pick up his cheque DMH office \u2013 UNI.<\/li>\n<li>ID card is required to receive the cheque<\/li>\n<li>After 90 days of money unclaimed, it will be put back for the next draw.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Proceeds<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proceeds from 50\/50 is to support the DMH organization player, by selling tickets to raise money to help pay next season registration fee in form of a credit.<\/li>\n<li>The winner wins half the total of the jackpot (50%)<\/li>\n<li>80% of the other 50%, goes to the players as a credit for next years 2026-2027<\/li>\n<li>20% of the other 50%, will go to the DMH organization to cover fees<\/li>\n<li>Each player that sold tickets will bank money in a form of credit to cover next year registration costs.<\/li>\n<li>If a player reaches their registration costs for next season 2026-2027, they can continue to sell 50-50 tickets towards next year expenses 2027-2028.<\/li>\n<li>For U-18 players who will not return next year:\n<ul>\n<li>At the end of the season, the parents will contact DMH to confirm that their youth will not return to hockey for the 2026-2027 year.<\/li>\n<li>DMH will prepare a check for the amount of credit raised for the child.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sale <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Each team to have a 50\/50 team coordinator and a manager.<\/li>\n<li>All tickets must be return to 50\/50 team coordinator prior to the last Friday 6pm preceding the Monday draw (Dec. 1, Jan. 5, Feb. 2, Mar. 2 and 30)<\/li>\n<li>50\/50 tickets will be distributed to each team that has identified a team coordinator, these tickets will be used the entire season.<\/li>\n<li>50\/50 DMH coordinator will give initial team tickets to 50\/50 team coordinator.<\/li>\n<li>Additional tickets can be picked up by 50\/50 team coordinator on specific nights (dates to be communicated by 50\/50 DMH coordinator)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roles: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>DMH organization Role?\n<ul>\n<li>Keep track of all credit of each player in account<\/li>\n<li>To draw and pay the lucky winner!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50\/50 DMH coordinator Role?\n<ul>\n<li>Make sure enough tickets are printed<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate monthly draws<\/li>\n<li>Help 50\/50 team coordinator<\/li>\n<li>Keep inventory of team tracker spreadsheet, number of tickets, name of team and number of unaccounted tickets<\/li>\n<li>Keep track of all team\u2019s ticket distribution<\/li>\n<li>Calculate amount for monthly draw.<\/li>\n<li>Produce monthly report<\/li>\n<li>Produce Year-end report<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50\/50 team coordinator Role?\n<ul>\n<li>Collect all money and tickets from team members, preferably weekly, but definitely, prior to the last Friday 6pm preceding the Monday draw (Dec. 1, Jan. 5, Feb. 2, Mar. 2 and 30)<\/li>\n<li>Divide tickets by players for each team<\/li>\n<li>Hand out and track ticket count per player using \u201cTicket distribution \u2013 signatures\u201d spreadsheet and transcribe numbers into third tab of HDM Team Tracker 2025-2026<\/li>\n<li>Track individual player sales using \u201cReceiving Tickets \u2013 signatures\u201d spreadsheet and transcribe numbers into second tab of HDM Team Tracker 2025-2026<\/li>\n<li>Remove all staples and elastic band from sold tickets<\/li>\n<li>Before the last Saturday 12:00 pm (noon) preceding the Monday draw (Dec. 1, Jan. 5, Feb. 2, Mar. 2 and 30)\n<ul>\n<li>Make an e-transfer to the attention of <a href=\"mailto:hdm.50-50@hotmail.com\">50-50@hotmail.com<\/a> for all of the team&#8217;s monthly sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Send an email to <a href=\"mailto:J-RComeau@hotmail.com\">J-RComeau@hotmail.com<\/a> with the following information:\n<ul>\n<li>Team name: ____________<\/li>\n<li>Name of the coordinator and tel #: ____________<\/li>\n<li>Total tickets sold:\u00a0______<\/li>\n<li>E-Transfert amount: _______<\/li>\n<li>Date the E-Transfert was sent: ____________<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bring the team tickets in an envelope or zip lock bag to a location and time identified by the 50\/50 HDM coordinator (Check in the name of HDM Inc)<\/li>\n<li>Please make sure to put on the envelope or zip lock, your name, team name, phone #, the total # of tickets sold and the total sales amount for the month<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>After handing over your team&#8217;s tickets, send an excel copy of Team Tracker HDM 2025-2026 to<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"mailto:J-RComeau@hotmail.com\">J-RComeau@hotmail.com<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keep track of their team\u2019s total ticket sale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Player and family Role?\n<ul>\n<li>Sell tickets<\/li>\n<li>Remove all staples from sold tickets (if stapled)<\/li>\n<li>Total your sales and quantity of tickets sold for the month and bring your tickets to the 50-50 team coordinator prior to the last Friday 6pm preceding the Monday draw (Dec. 1, Jan. 5, Feb. 2, Mar. 2 and 30)<\/li>\n<li>When handing in monthly sales, be considerate of your team coordinator and only hand in Large Bills, no coin or preferably an e-transfer if 50\/50 team coordinator is using one.<\/li>\n<li>No individual ticket sales can be handed in to the 50\/50 DMH Coordinator.
