Teams are responsible to book the referees for all games by communicating with Jean-Guy. Teams are also responsible to verify that referees are confirmed and assigned for all their home games. You can verify at http://site2687.goalline.ca/index.php or my contacting Jean-Guy at least 48 hours before the game.
If a game is cancelled for any reasons, teams are responsible to contact the referee coordinator at least 48 hours before game time. If the referees are not cancelled, the team will be paying the referee cost. Teams will have to pay 5 days after receiving the invoice. If the invoice isn’t paid, all ice rentals for that team will be suspended until payment is received.
Time Keepers: Teams are responsible to reserve time keepers for their games if they desire. They can also use their own. To reserve a time keeper, you need to contact Janice Richard at: janrand12@hotmail.com
